Je suis une personne terre-à-terre qui a toujours accordé de l’importance à la présence et à l’écoute. Avec le temps, j’ai appris à offrir cette attention à moi-même également, même si se choisir et prendre soin de soi n’est pas toujours évident. C’est un cheminement que je poursuis chaque jour.

Je crois que la vulnérabilité est une force : elle nous permet d’avancer, de mieux nous comprendre et de transformer les difficultés en leviers de croissance. J’accorde aussi une grande valeur à l’entraide et au soutien, car ils constituent des piliers essentiels dans les parcours de vie.

Mon domaine d’expertise est la santé mentale, un milieu parfois méconnu mais profondément humain et porteur de sens. J’ai à cœur d’accompagner chaque personne selon ses besoins, avec bienveillance, peu importe ses circonstances.

I am a down-to-earth person who has always valued presence and active listening. Over time, I have also learned to offer that same care to myself, even though choosing oneself and practicing self-care is not always easy. It is a journey I continue every day.

I believe vulnerability is a strength—it allows us to move forward, to better understand ourselves, and to transform challenges into opportunities for growth. I also place great importance on mutual support and solidarity, as they are essential pillars in everyone’s life journey.

My field of expertise is mental health, an area that is sometimes misunderstood but profoundly human and meaningful. I am committed to supporting each person according to their unique needs, with kindness and compassion, no matter their circumstances.

Je suis une personne comme vous. Je ressens, je vis des défis, et il m'arrive aussi de me sentir démunie. Dans mon travail, j'accompagne des personnes dans le besoin, souvent sans ressource ni support. J'ai pu constater qu'un simple geste, une écoute attentive et un peu de chaleur humaine peuvent faire une grande différence dans leur vie. Mon objectif est de vous offrir ce même espace bienveillant, où vous pourrez vous déposer et avancer avec sérénité.

I am a person just like you. I feel, I face challenges, and there are times when I too feel vulnerable. In my work, I accompany people in need, often with little to no resources or support. I have witnessed how a simple gesture, attentive listening, and a touch of human warmth can make a profound difference in someone’s life.

My goal is to offer you that same compassionate space, where you can feel supported and move forward with a sense of calm and serenity.
