About Margaret
After over 30 years working in the Civil Service, I have extensive experience of working with people, explaining information clearly and keeping up with changes in technology. Technology doesn’t have to be complicated. Whether you want to keep in touch with family, join a video call, explore social media or discover what AI can do, I’ll show you how to do it step by step, at your own pace.
What I can help you learn
* **WhatsApp** – messages, photos, videos, voice and video calls, and group chats
* **Zoom** – joining meetings, setting up your own meetings and hosting social club or community meetings
* **ChatGPT and AI** – understanding what AI is and how you can use it in everyday life
* **Facebook** – keeping in touch with family and friends, sharing photos and joining groups
* **Instagram** – following family, friends and interests and sharing photos
* **TikTok** – understanding how it works and discovering content you enjoy
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, so you can learn from the comfort of your own home.
