Having performed on some of the world's biggest stages as a top level percussionist with bands such as Faithless, The Spice Girls and Dido for over 20 years, I am offering a unique opportunity for anyone to learn performance and presentation techniques drawn from first-hand experience of performing in front of hundreds and thousands of people.
As a TED X speaker and speaker coach, I have uniquely developed a system called MAPPS, which is essentially a holistic toolkit and step-by-step guide that helps with the management of any kind performance anxiety - whether it's playing in front of an audience, giving a presentation or pitching for a job. MAPPS allows us to tap into our inner confidence in order to unleash the best version of ourselves on stage or when we are presenting. As a naturally shy person, this system embodies everything I have learnt in order to overcome performance barriers and demonstrates that public speaking and performing is a skill that can be learnt by anybody.
