Methodology
I prefer a hands on approach, with encouragement and rewards(candy, stickers etc) I do believe in some discipline with extra pushups, planks, sprints. I promise to be firm but gentle, helping kids reach their full potential while enjoying the sport that I have come to love.
Background
I have been playing club and on school teams for 3 years. I’m currently a sophmore in high school looking to make extra money for club volleyball. I’m very good with kids and super energetic and passionate. I would prefer younger kids with no experience
