Perfect! I have just done 1h of training with Ali, which was completely worth it. He explained the technical/practical aspect of the leg game as well as improving arm movement to have an optimal strength on the court. The session was also very well balanced in terms of theory/practice and mini games. Great session overall. 5 stars.
