CityTennis was created in 2017 by Michael Guice and Sam Kang. The two coaches were disturbed by the disparities of high school tennis teams in poor neighborhoods vs. rich neighborhoods across LA. CityTennis partnered with the USTA to bring tennis into more SoCal schools, providing equipment and working with local pros to offer professional coaching.
COVID re-shaped everything, and now CityTennis offers private coaching in Culver City, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Pasadena. After just 5 years, the program has served more than 7000+ players across LA. Now offered in a few different locations, CityTennis focuses on consistently delivering the most fun you’ll have on the court!
