About Ralph
Hey! I’m a third-year Computer Science major at Texas A&M, and I’ve been tutoring math since middle school—starting with friends, then moving into private tutoring in high school, and later working in tutoring centers. I’ve taken and tutored all the courses I help with, so I know what you’re dealing with and how to explain it in a way that makes sense. The best part of tutoring for me is seeing students go from totally lost to saying, “Wait, this isn’t so bad.” I’m pretty laid-back, patient, and I like making students feel comfortable asking questions (no matter how simple they seem). I’m flexible with scheduling and usually coordinate over text to keep things easy. If you want a tutor who knows their stuff and actually enjoys helping people figure math out, I’d love to work with you.

I’m a Texas A&M engineering student who’s been tutoring math for over three years, and my goal is to make things finally click. I work with high school and college students and always start by figuring out how you learn best—whether that’s step-by-step explanations, visuals, or real-life examples that make the math feel less abstract. Most sessions are about an hour and usually focus on homework or whatever you're currently covering in class, but I’m flexible if you want to prep for an exam or go over tricky topics. I don’t usually give extra work, but I’m happy to if you want the extra practice. I tutor Algebra, Trig, Pre-Calc, and Calculus on the high school side, and Texas A&M classes like MATH 140–152. I do in-person sessions on campus or online for students anywhere else. If you're looking for a patient, down-to-earth tutor who knows the material and genuinely wants to help you succeed, feel free to reach out. I’m here to help however I can!
