About Karishma

I hold a baccalaureate degree (honours) in physics alongside a baccalaureate degree in education and currently working as a TGT with a well reputed school in NCR.

Since, physics and mathematics are intertwined, I consider myself to be equally adept at teaching both and hold experience of successfully driving away mathematical anxiety in students with diverse learning needs.

Apart from the experience of school teaching, I also have an experience of teaching PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Math) at various educational institutes and in Delhi to students of grade VIII, IX and X and Physics and Math to students of grade XI and XII. In total, I hold an experience of 7 years as an educator.

I am CTET (Central Teaching Eligibility Test) qualified and two times CENTA-TPO (Teaching Professionals' Olympiad) rank holder, for which I received a letter of appreciation from the Reliance Foundation Teacher Awards.

About the lesson

I promote experiential learning to aid the assimilation of theoretical concepts better. The same shall include lectures, demonstrations and learning through activities and experiments. Regular assignments and homework are assigned to be done for better retention of concepts. The sessions will circle about understanding the basics and using the essence to apply the logic to high order thinking situations / equations- 20 % of which would be based on recall and remembrance, 50 % applications and 30 % higher order thinking skills.

Board- C.B.S.E.
