I have practiced law for 38 years in a variety of fields, including civil trial work, Chapters 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcies, all aspects of real estate law, ranging from residential to coal and oil and gas. I have learned that focusing on the fundamentals of any area of law is the key to understanding and applying those fundamentals to offer the best solution for your clients.
