About Elena
I am an expert in cross-cultural communication and cultural intelligence. I was born in Russia but have lived and worked out and in Russia for the last 15 years. After 10 years of working abroad, I’ve taken an executive role in a large multinational company in the Russian entity. Going back to my own country as an expat I learned exactly what it takes to integrate into the Russian culture and new business environment.
12 years of global corporate work as well as living in different countries taught me fundamental and practical skills on how to navigate in the multicultural world, integrate into a new culture. How not to lose one’s essence, how to find one’s new identity and lead through the cultural differences. And even more importantly, on how to embrace those differences with an open heart and mind.

I like to give a tailor-made session to help you enhance cross-cultural effectiveness at work and life.
I normally give a bit of theory with lots of my personal practical examples from my own experince. I like to give my clients lots of business and life scenarios in order to put all knowledge into practise.
At the end of the session we always make an action plan to integrate all gained knowledge.
