About Christopher
I finished my training as a chef in 2006, and since then I have been working as a chef at home and abroad. In the course of time I went through all the kitchen items and decided in 2010 to attend the hotel management school in Heidelberg. I graduated as a master chef and state-certified restaurateur with a diploma. My last permanent position was 4 years as a sous chef in the Hotel Artus in Aulendorf. I've been self-employed since June 2015.

I offer active cooking courses: seasonal dishes or a 3-4 course menu are prepared using fresh products and joint preparation. This ensures a permanent exchange with the kitchen master. Most likely you will learn new helpful tricks and tips from the professional. Of course, every participant receives a recipe brochure.
