Methodology

My tutoring lessons focus on analytical reading, methods of briefing, and precise, persuasive legal writing - the later being vital to every law student working to become an outstanding student and an extraordinary lawyer. Elegant legal writing is a learned skill.

Background

I am a retired trial and appellate lawyer, previously admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and other federal and state trial and appellate bars. I also tutor law school graduates to pass state bar exams. Discounted rates for full semester tutoring engagements.
