As a state-certified elementary educator with over two decades of experience in grades K-3, I specialize in the foundational years where reading 'clicks.' I am fully certified in IMSE (Orton-Gillingham) Phonics, a multisensory approach that is the gold standard for teaching children to decode, spell, and read fluently.
My tutoring sessions are not just about finishing homework; they are about decomposing complex language into manageable parts. Whether your child is just starting in Kindergarten or needs to bridge the gap in 3rd grade, I provide the 'anchor' of vocabulary and the 'building blocks' of morphology to ensure they become confident, independent readers."
