About Pärli

I used to play tennis competitively, but I often lost matches because I wasn't confident. After coaching tennis for 9 years, I understood how thoughts like "I'm not good enough; I can't lose to her; what will people think?" affect performance. So, I studied to be a mental coach and now help players with their mindset.

About the lesson

My focus has always been on helping tennis players not only improve their game but also build confidence, manage pressure, and stay focused.

So, in sessions, we focus on the mental side of performance. We explore what the athlete is struggling with or wants to improve. I ask questions that help them reflect, shift perspective, and find clarity.

Each session is personalized, but we often work through real competition situations, mental habits, routines, and self-talk.

The goal is for the athlete to walk away feeling lighter, more confident, and with a practical tool or insight they can apply immediately — both on and off the court.
