I have also studied different meditation and breathing techniques. I have prepared a detailed slideshow that I will go over and answer questions about the scientific study of the breath. I will discuss the importance of breathing and science behind it. For all those nerds I go in detail for you on how the breath and the mind are tied together. I talk about emotions and controlling them and how your breathing is effective. I also give some breathing techniques and other calming techniques to use.
