About Mariana
Nice to meet you, Mariana! Your Portuguese teacher.
I will always be waiting for you with a smile on my face and news to lead you to a light and pleasant learning of the Portuguese language.
I am 35 years old, I am married and I have a beautiful daughter! I have a degree in Pedagogy from PUC - GO. Over more than ten years of my professional life, I have collected vast experience in the classroom, coordinating schools and other areas of education.
My experience with Portuguese classes for foreigners started more than two years ago, when I started teaching a few words to a cousin's husband. Everything went well and suddenly, there Mariana was having fun and creating material for the students who were showing up!
Students from Canada, USA, Argentina and other corners of this world will pass me by. And I'm just gratitude for everything I've learned from them. Because learning is a two-way street. Who teaches, always learns!

My classes are all online, and are prepared according to the needs of each student.
• What is your goal for learning Portuguese? Work, travel, learn about the culture, communicate with friends. Share with me. I'm sure that at the end of each class you will have more knowledge and be more excited for the next one.
• Classroom materials are sent in advance, so you have time to take a look and also write down anything you want to know for our class! I like to send homework and proofread it with you.
• My focus is to help you with pronunciation, understanding and interpretation of texts, grammar, writing.
• My classes are super dynamic, I keep the class atmosphere as comfortable as possible.
• This method has been very effective with my students. They enjoy, have fun and learn at the same time, making learning a natural and spontaneous process.
