About Victoria
I homeschooled for 4 years.
Currently I teach horseback riding lessons at my equestrian facility.
I am employed by two school divisions as an Educational Assistant and Substitute Teacher.
I have experience with Neurodivergent children and youth at school.
I believe that as an educator it is my responsibility to find the teaching method most suited to the student. Not make the student fit into my prebuilt method. Effective educating is not a cookie cutter approach.

I believe all students can learn. The challenge can be finding what gets their attention and helps them to stay on task. Give them tasks that make sense and build on those.
I am older with many years of life experience. I homeschooled for 4 years. I am currently employed by two school divisions as an educational assistant and substitute teacher. I have a high degree of patience but also require respect and appropriate behavior.
Children from grades 1-5 are the best fit for my teaching style.
