About Theresa
I am not the typical Yoga Instructor. I learned Hatha Yoga from some amazing instructors, including ones certified in Iyengar Yoga. Certified in classical poses, as well as modifications for specific health or medical reasons utilizing props and adjustments specific to the needs of each individual.
