I offer engaging and supportive private tuition in English and Maths for Year 5 and 6 students preparing for SATs, as well as learners of any age working towards Functional Skills qualifications at Level 1 and 2. My teaching approach is hands-on and highly structured: I model and demonstrate step-by-step strategies, provide clear, workable examples, and guide students through exam-style questions with tailored feedback. This method helps students not only understand the material but also apply it confidently in test conditions. Lessons are typically 1 hour, but I’m happy to adapt session length and frequency to suit individual needs or family schedules. Whether your child needs a confidence boost before SATs or you're aiming to gain a nationally recognised qualification later in life, I provide patient, personalised support to help every learner progress at their own pace.
