My name is Keren, but I'd rather be called Nickey. I'm a former Law Student currently pursuing a Theater Arts and Business Communication Major.
From as long as I remember, Languages have always been my thing. I love the idea of connecting with other people and other culture through their native dialects. I feel like it brings a connection higher and purer than no other.
I'm from the Caribbean, which means just like most of us, I have the ability to express myself in several languages, different than my native one.
I see that as a blessing to me. And I'd be more than happy to share this with all of you 1 As long as you guys are willing to put in the work !

About the lesson

As somebody that's been through the process of teaching a foreign language to foreigners, I have gained a lot of experience through the diverse community I have had to work with.

Fellow Assistant teacher myself, I have come to learn a variety of teaching and learning techniques, centered around the learners and the way they learn most effectively. This includes learning through explanation, by immersion and with repetition.

I am a naturally patient person by nature. Therefore, I don't discriminate when it comes to my students. No matter their degree, class and level, if they deemed it necessary to get that class, it means that they are willing to get better and improve themselves.

Being able to express ourselves in several languages is a gift and a formidable asset. It would be more than a pleasure for me to share bits of that blessing to the world.
