About Jonathan
I am new to online tutoring but have 2 years of experience tutoring in undergraduate physics workshops at the University of Nottingham, where I did a PhD in physics. My experience has allowed me to realise my passion for helping others to understand the subjects that I love - physics and mathematics!
Having recently left academia to pursue a career in tech, I want to continue teaching physics and maths to aspiring students and help you reach your goals!

Having recently graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in physics with theoretical physics, and completed my A levels (with 2 A*s and an A), I understand the importance of following the curriculum. I will first like to find out more about your subject and it’s curriculum.
Following this, I want to know more about how I can help you - everyone has different ways of learning and everyone finds different topics more or less challenging, so I want to tailor the lessons to your needs!
As a general teaching style, I find it best to tackle problems one at a time to ensure a solid understanding, working through examples and using as many ways as possible to explain concepts.
