About Kesley

I believe that the idea of memorizing formulas and applying them in solving exercises is exactly what makes it difficult to learn physics and makes the discipline possibly "boring / difficult". Still, I understand that exercise resolution is, in itself, fundamental to learning real physics. My method is based on presenting / reviewing certain content in the simplest and most intuitive way possible. Focusing primarily on fundamentally relevant concepts, I try to complex the content only when the student understands the most basic structures. In other words, I try to build the content ensuring, as far as possible, that any and all statements are understood by the student so that, when we get to a question, he can try to resolve it using only concepts already known. With this method, I try to teach more than physics. I try to teach to study! I try to stimulate the student's intuition so that he develops critical thinking, in the study of exact sciences in general, which allows honest and possibly more interesting learning. As a consequence, I hope that the student will increasingly acquire maturity to study in an efficient and even independent manner. Relevant notes: We will start by focusing a lot on solving simple exercises to go complex in a comfortable way (which is basically my method described above). However, each person is a different universe! Therefore, each person learns in their own way and in their own time! Thus, I am 100% open to opinions / suggestions / criticisms to shape the class in the way that the student feels most comfortable, which I consider important for learning.

About the lesson

I started teaching private lessons in 2014, in my graduation in Physics - Bachelor. Despite taking only a few disciplines in undergraduate courses, I started teaching classes simply for pleasure. During this period until 2017, I acquired a lot of experience with several different students and in classes for the competition. I have a degree in Physics from the State University of Londrina, University where I also acquired my Master's degree in Physics. Currently, I am doing a PhD in Theoretical Physics at the USP Physics Institute, in São Paulo, in the field of Quantum Theory of Fields and Condensed Matter.
