About Sara

Art has been a constant creation in my life and it has been more inspiring when I can convey that we are creative beings once we decide to integrate our body, mind and spirit.
Teaching yoga has become my life mission and the connection of the empathic lifestyle that I have been practicing for some years now. My purpose is for you to be able to rest, relieve and transform the energy that weighs into material dreams.

About the lesson

Each class will take us on an inner journey in healing movement. Being therapeutic yoga a path of self-knowledge, where we recognize the conscious breaths, the energy points of the body and the connection with the essential with respect and patience.
