About Sultan

I am currently a 3rd year medical student in BSMS and in my free time I enjoy to play video games, exercise and go to my favourite coffee shops to meet with friends. I have a side Etsy shop too which is real fun to work with on the weekends! Due to the limited time we have as healthcare professionals, I really like to have things organised and planned prior to doing things - this definitely helps with productivity.

About the lesson

A levels can be very challenging and demanding in terms of time, effort and motivation. During exam period it is critical to plan and stick to a revision schedule in order for efficient productivity. I like to approach topics from the basics and build up the knowledge slowly - then testing the knowledge using past papers and exam questions. Online learning is an option for students especially during this period of Covid-19, and I am able to help students with their studies whilst away from school. Depending on each individual's needs I can adapt to set homework, provide further information, set videos to watch alongside exam questions. Online learning this way has proven me well in my studies - previously I was thrilled with my certificate from a Cardiovascular Diseases programme, so I progressed and achieved in the Bioethics, Law and Medicine course by Harvard University. Both courses involved online lectures, research with current literature, writing reports, and providing feedback to students. This proved that teaching and reflection is equally important in Medicine as factual knowledge.
