I have experience with the exam board AQA but have knowledge about other exam boards and can structure lessons accordingly. Initially, my lessons would lie within the students’ capabilities, then with increased understanding and genuine praise I hope to stretch their ability. I closely monitor my pupils to identify any areas they're struggling in and with targeted work, we move past these issues and build on self-confidence, which I believe is the most important thing. I achieved my grades at a state school due to my sincere love of learning and focus on what is needed, a feeling which I hope I pass on to my students.
