About Katie

I have been teaching elementary school for 10 years, currently teaching third grade in the Chicago suburbs. In addition to the classroom, I also have experience tutoring students during the summer and school year in both math and reading.

I am an organized and reliable tutor who is hoping to connect with families. I focus on building relationships with kids and using humor in my lessons to help them enjoy learning. I also work on confidence building and goal setting with my students.
