About Issy
I am a third year chemistry student at the University of Leeds with a specific interest and strengths in organic chemistry. Whilst my academic background is very numerical, I find more enjoyment in the reasoning, explanations, and philosophy behind such complex problems. In the future I want to use my chemistry knowledge to apply to the business and finance sector. I am also a footballer and have competed at some of the highest levels so I understand the challenges in finding the work-life balance; especially as there is nothing more enjoyable than going out with friends and not having to worry about work you don’t understand!

My approach is to simplify concepts and problems for students and work through them methodically. Being able to really understand content will help to make exams seem so much easier and eventually solving problems becomes satisfying and much more enjoyable!
