About Asaju
Hi! My name is **Asaju Oluwadara Iyanuoluwa**, and I am from **Nigeria**. I am currently a **third-year university student studying Cyber Security**, a field that has strengthened my skills in mathematics, logical thinking, problem-solving, and technology.
I have a strong passion for helping young learners understand Mathematics in a simple, enjoyable, and practical way. I believe every child can become good at Mathematics when they are taught with patience, encouragement, and the right approach. I enjoy breaking difficult topics into easy steps and using examples that make lessons more interesting and easier to remember.
I especially enjoy working with children between the ages of **7 and 14**. My goal is to help students not only improve their mathematical skills but also develop confidence, curiosity, and a positive attitude toward learning.
Outside academics and tutoring, I enjoy **technology, computers, learning new skills, problem-solving, and exploring creative ways to use technology**. I look forward to creating a friendly and supportive learning environment where every student feels comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving.

I believe Mathematics should be simple, enjoyable, and practical rather than something students should be afraid of. My goal is to help young learners understand the ideas behind Mathematics, build confidence, and develop strong problem-solving skills.
# My Teaching Techniques and Methodology
I use a friendly, patient, and interactive teaching approach. I break difficult topics into smaller and easier steps, explain concepts using simple examples, and encourage students to ask questions whenever they do not understand something.
I also use practical examples, puzzles, mental-math activities, and technology where appropriate to make lessons more interesting. Since I am studying Cyber Security at university, I enjoy connecting Mathematics with logical thinking, technology, and real-life problem-solving when suitable for the student's level.
I adapt my teaching style to each learner. Some students learn better through visual explanations, while others benefit from examples and repeated practice. I therefore try to understand each student's strengths and areas that need improvement before moving to more difficult topics.
# Typical Lesson Length
My typical lesson lasts **60 minutes**, giving us enough time to introduce a topic, explain it clearly, practice together, and review what the student has learned. Lessons can also be adjusted depending on the student's age, concentration level, and learning needs.
# My Qualifications and Experience
I am currently a **third-year university student studying Cyber Security**. My studies have strengthened my mathematical, analytical, logical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Although I do not currently hold a formal teaching certificate, I have a strong understanding of Mathematics and enjoy helping young learners understand difficult concepts in a simple and approachable way. I am committed to preparing for lessons, being patient with my students, and continuously improving my teaching skills.
# Who My Lessons Are For
My lessons are designed mainly for **children and young learners aged 7–14**, including beginners and students who need extra support with Mathematics.
I can help students with areas such as basic arithmetic, multiplication and division, fractions, decimals, percentages, algebra, geometry, word problems, logical reasoning, and general problem-solving, depending on their age and academic level.
My aim is not only to help students get better grades, but also to help them develop confidence and a positive attitude toward Mathematics
