About Isobel
It is my third year tutoring and I have helped many friends and family members throughout the years in Italian and math and recently helped one of my tutees achieve a H2 in L.C Italian. I understand the academic stress of exam cycles and will always make it my priority to alleviate any of that pressure to the best of my ability. I am passionate about science and the Italian language and languages in general. I am fluent in Italian as I come from an Italian and English-speaking family. I received a H1 in my own Leaving Cert in Italian and I’m a third-year genetics major at UCD. I did higher level math and got a distinction in junior cycle math.

I believe in an interactive and engaged learning of these subjects, with languages focusing on all aspects of the language such as grammar, comprehensions, guided compositions etc. - including oral and aural practice. Regardless of the subject I give all my students resources every week to help them do further studying outside of our lesson, and any additional resources they request I will supply for them to alleviate any additional work and stress that comes with exam years.
