About Senuri
I am a third-year medical student so I have picked up quite a few tips and tricks over the years on how to survive and thrive academically! I’m here to support you - whether that be boosting your maths score, homework help or applying to university. I’ve tutored students of all different ages and abilities and I’ve always been able to connect so well with them- it’s a great joy watching my students grow in confidence and succeed! When I’m not out on the wards, I like to read, listen to music, spend time with friends and family and paint!

Every student is unique and I believe a good tutor should adapt their teaching methods to suit the student! I tutor maths, chemistry, biology, physics, geography & English to students of primary school to GCSE level. I provide support for all the stages of the medical school application process: personal statement writing, UCAT, interviews etc. My lessons are 1 hour in length. I will teach according to the curriculum/exam boards that the student is following; the student will be able to discuss with me what topics they are struggling with or want to learn in more depth and I will cater to this. I would like to begin by providing a mini examination just to find out how the student is currently doing, and from there we can plug any gaps in their knowledge. I have successfully tutored in the past and I have found that my students loved being provided with short summary notes, questions tutorials (I provide a step by step formula on how to tackle different types of exam problems) and past papers! I aim to continue providing this.
