About Cindy
Hello everyone! My name is Cindy, and I’m currently a 3rd-year Human Biology major at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis). I’m also a Certified Pharmacy Technician and working part-time in a pharmacy! I’ve always had a passion for teaching and have been tutoring for over three years. Throughout that time, I’ve worked with hundreds of students across a wide range of age groups—from elementary school students to high school seniors. My experience includes one-on-one tutoring, small focus-group instruction, and even teaching a full 4th-grade math class. In that role, I also prepared lesson plans, created homework assignments, and designed engaging activities to support student learning. My teaching style adapts to each student’s needs, but I always strive to make learning hands-on, supportive, and engaging. I genuinely enjoy helping students build confidence and master challenging concepts!
