About Anna

My name is Sahsha, I am a paralegal, political scientist, influencer, boxer, model, English teacher and life coach. I am a person who appreciates life and all the challenges that come with it. I love traveling the world, teaching, being fashionable, meeting new people and being adventurous. Life is so short that we have to spend our days happy, free and with love. Let me teach you to love who you are, achieve your goals, and live a healthy, happy life! In high school, I was a tutor, cheerleader, model, and friendly life coach. But at the time, I didn't realize the effect I had on people. I've always loved making a difference in someone's life and helping them be better, so I made life coaching a career choice. I was able to stop people from smoking, going vegetarian / vegan, losing weight, meeting their soul mates, and becoming entrepreneurs. Being an American, I believe in trusting, fighting for what is yours, believing in yourself and never giving up! I have taught a lot of people how to change their life, let me teach you how to change yours!

About the lesson

PLEASE NOTE: All the meetings will be mainly in English (my French is not yet perfect lol) I will start by getting to know you, by asking you personal questions. I will find out what your life goals are, your style and what you like in life. I find out if you are a confident person or a shy person, what makes you shy or confident, what things do you fight with, what are you good at, how do you see yourself, i use many methods to determine who you are and how to make yourself better. I will then proceed with life exercises such as meeting new people, examining your diet, adjusting your style (if you are not sure about it), exercising (if you are concerned about weight) etc. I'll give you daily tasks to do and give you feedback on what needs to be fixed. I will give you some things / that you must avoid. How to make a horrible day a better day. We can also do things like shop for better fitting clothes, run errands to adjust your diet, and have workout dinners and a dialogue. It will help with your experience as I review and adjust your habits before meeting someone new. I am a lifestyle coach so I will be there in your life where you need improvement! Let's start! Warning: * I met someone who was too shy to talk to me and some of their family, if so we will do some psychology exercises (and I can refer you to a psychology specialist) * I get paid by the hour unless we have a full day scheduled (then I'll give you a solid rate of 550) * Please be prepared to travel for our meetings (not outside the country, but not just in Paris) * Please keep a positive attitude (the people you are trying to meet can sense your attitude) I can't wait to meet you!
