About Veronica
With over eight years of experience and a BSc in Physics with Philosophy, I help middle school students take their first steps into physics. I specialize in introducing the core ideas of forces and motion. My teaching uses simple experiments, such as rolling balls or using springs, to make concepts tangible. I connect these lessons to real-world examples like the jump of a basketball player or the thrill of a rollercoaster ride. These connections spark curiosity and keep students engaged. I understand that physics can seem tricky at first, but I break down topics clearly and patiently. My lessons also feature problem-solving scenarios to practice applying knowledge. I aim to create a safe space where mistakes are seen as part of learning. Encouraging curiosity is central to my teaching, and I always welcome questions. Over the years, I’ve helped many students move past frustration into confidence. I believe science should feel like discovery, not memorization. With my support, physics becomes enjoyable, practical, and fun for young learners.

Physics becomes easier when it’s connected to what we see in the real world. My teaching method is relaxed, encouraging exploration and discussion. I use engineering examples to bring clarity, from materials science to structural design. Students learn how elasticity, thermal expansion, and material fatigue matter in real projects. I also include fluid dynamics, using cases like airplane flight, pumps, and river systems. Statics and dynamics are taught through practical examples such as bridges and cranes. These connections help students move beyond theory into problem-solving. I provide step-by-step guidance but encourage independent thinking too. My lessons create a safe space for questions, mistakes, and discovery. For those preparing to be teachers or computational physicists, I add advanced insights on modeling and analysis. I aim to make every session purposeful and rewarding. Over time, learners see physics as a tool, not just a subject. Let’s make physics relevant to your engineering career.
