About Grace
I am a student at the University of Kansas. I am pursuing my Master's in Social Work and my Bachelor's in Anthropology. I grew up in a very conservative town and throughout high school, I learned about intersectional feminism. This became a passion which drove me to fight for what I believed in. I learned how to accept and understand others, how to stand up for myself, and how to research effectively to provide correct information.

My teaching method is fluent. Which means if one student learns one way and another student learns in a different way, I can accommodate. I think learning basics and generals is important but if there is a specific that is needed or desired I am 100% on board to dive into whatever that is. I am flexible and can provide direction and structure for any topic or learning technique. I feel that it should be more of a partnership, I am here to HELP you understand, not to tell you upfront. I will encourage individual thinking and promote how to appropriately share opinions on numerous topics.

My rates are all the same for any student. As I am a current student and also working part-time, I do ask for at least a 12-hour cancellation notice. If it is less than 12 hours there will be no refund. If there are any questions or comments feel free to contact me.
