About Madhan
I am a Certified Gym Instructor with over three years of dedicated experience in bodybuilding and one year of professional training experience. I have successfully completed my Gym Instructor certification, which has equipped me with expert knowledge in exercise techniques and safety. Currently, I am pursuing an advanced fitness course to stay updated with the latest training methods. My goal is to use my practical experience and certified knowledge to help my students transform their physique and lead a healthy life.

ONLINE TRAINING:
I also provide online coaching via high-quality video calls or normal calls. This package includes 20 sessions per month, making it easy for you to stay fit from anywhere."
