About David
I’m a 23-year-old tutor with over 4 years of experience helping students improve their grades and confidence across GCSE, A-Level and university-level subjects. I’m passionate about teaching and enjoy breaking down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand concepts.
I studied Sport & Exercise Science at Loughborough University, followed by a Master’s in International Affairs at Penn State University, and I am currently completing a Master’s in Data Analytics at Bradley University in the USA. This gives me a strong academic background across science and analytical subjects.
Alongside my studies, I compete as an NCAA athlete, which has taught me discipline, consistency and how to perform under pressure—skills I bring into every session.

My lessons are structured, engaging and tailored to each individual student, whether they are aiming to pass, improve their grades or achieve top marks. I focus on building a strong understanding of key concepts while also developing exam technique, which is essential for success at GCSE, A-Level and university level.
Each session typically lasts 60 minutes and is adapted to the student’s needs. We will work through difficult topics step-by-step, use past exam questions, and focus on how to answer questions effectively to maximise marks. I also provide guidance on revision strategies, coursework and exam preparation.
I specialise in Biology, Physiology and Sport Science, but also support Maths and other related subjects. My teaching style is clear, patient and results-driven, helping students gain confidence and perform under pressure.
Lessons are suitable for GCSE, A-Level and university students, and are available online or in person depending on location.
