About Christopher
I'm a motivated student with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in mathematics and chemistry. I enjoy learning challenging concepts and breaking them down into simpler explanations that are easier to understand.
I offer tutoring in math, chemistry, and SAT Math preparation. Whether you're struggling with a difficult topic, preparing for an upcoming test, or trying to improve your SAT score, I'm here to help you reach your goals.
My teaching approach focuses on understanding the material rather than simply memorizing formulas or steps. I work at each student's pace, explain concepts in different ways when needed, and help students develop problem-solving skills they can use independently.
As a student myself, I understand how frustrating difficult subjects can be and how important it is to have someone who explains things clearly and patiently. My goal is to help you build confidence, improve your understanding, and see real progress in your academic performance.

-I employ teaching the material first in content sessions, in a targeted practice session will use questions of different difficulties to test understanding and show how to effectively solve a problem

-My specialty/set me apart: Understanding the "why", in my personal learning experience and tutoring I have found that understanding the "why" and "how" something works or exists is the most important part of education and leads to long term understanding and success
