About Hugo
I am a passionate Trumpet tutor with 10 years of teaching experience. I enjoy helping school and college students discover their abilities and develop the confidence to perform with pride. Music has the power to inspire, and I am grateful to share that experience with every student.
My lessons include breathing control, posture correction, embouchure development, articulation, rhythm, tone production, scales, music reading, ear training, music theory, and performance coaching. I use simple explanations and practical exercises that help students improve steadily.
Throughout my career, I have celebrated many rewarding milestones by seeing students become confident musicians and achieve their personal goals. Their success continues to inspire my teaching journey.
I believe every learner deserves patience, encouragement, and lessons that match their unique learning style. My classroom is welcoming, supportive, and focused on continuous improvement.
My goal is to help students build strong musical foundations while developing confidence, perseverance, creativity, and a lifelong love for the trumpet and music.

My teaching methodology focuses on creating an enjoyable learning experience where students can develop strong trumpet skills with confidence. I personalize every lesson according to the student's age, experience, and learning goals. My objective is to help students make steady progress while enjoying the beauty of music.
Motivation helps students remain enthusiastic throughout their musical journey. I encourage regular practice, celebrate every achievement, and inspire students to believe in their abilities.
Communication is one of my greatest strengths as a tutor. I explain every lesson in simple English, provide clear demonstrations, and make sure students fully understand each concept before moving ahead.
Integrity is an important part of my teaching philosophy. I treat every student with honesty, patience, and respect while encouraging responsibility and consistent practice habits.
Creativity keeps lessons exciting and effective. I include breathing exercises, rhythm practice, articulation drills, musical interpretation, improvisation, listening exercises, and performance preparation that help students become confident performers.
Besides trumpet, I also teach music theory, sight-reading, ear training, rhythm development, music appreciation, ensemble performance, beginner composition, and stage performance skills. My goal is to help students become confident, disciplined, creative, and lifelong musicians who enjoy sharing their music with others.
