About Carolyn
My passion for the Spanish language started more than 10 years ago when I took my first Spanish course at American River Community College. I loved it so much that I continued with two more semesters of Spanish. Tutoring Spanish gives me the ability to have a job that I truly enjoy doing. I have 5 years of professional experience tutoring all levels of high school and college Spanish, including AP Spanish.

I can work with any textbook/curriculum that you may already be using (for example if you are a student enrolled in a Spanish course) . I can also provide my own curriculum. As an added benefit, my students will receive complimentary full access to the “Aventuras” Supersite.
Aventuras is a popular and comprehensive Spanish curriculum program used in college level Spanish courses. The supersite includes an abundance of auto-graded homework activities for extra practice and an associated online textbook that takes you through beginners Spanish to intermediate/ advanced Spanish.
