I am a mechanical engineer from india, professionally experienced in teaching past 6 years. Doing my Post baccalaureate from BC, canada in International supply chain management. My teaching methods are based on ladder approach in which firstly I tries to built the base layer of concepts to form a strong foundation of concepts on it. This helps students to get grip on concepts and able to solve variety of problems easily. I also tries to keep track of there performance on the bases of tests and assignments and gives continues feedback which is very essential for the performance.
