About Michael

A lot of people who start singing quickly realize that it’s like trying to put together a shelf while blindfolded—you need someone with experience to guide you through it.

I’m passionate about helping others discover their love for music and reach their full vocal potential. My own journey as a singer wasn’t always easy, but it was worth it! Now, with a degree in vocal performance and years of teaching experience, the challenges I’ve overcome allow me to better understand and help my students with theirs.

Michael studied classical singing in Germany and works as a singer, vocal coach, choir conductor, and speaker.

About the lesson

I believe in providing a technique that’s always reliable and easy to apply! In my lessons, I’ll teach you how to sing with proper support, create a pleasing tone, coordinate your vocal registers, build stage presence, and much more.

We’ll start each session with vocal exercises to loosen up your voice, and then work on songs where you can apply what you've learned. I teach students of all ages and skill levels.

My experience ranges from classical singing, my original area of study, to musical theatre, choir conducting, directing, acting, songwriting, and spoken word.
