About Laila
I am university student who has volunteered in stressful environments like hospitals and undergone training on how to support vulnerable people in the way that they need. I myself have struggled to get plans going and feeling like I'm doing enough at the right time and have spiralled down to where none of the things I wanted to do were happening. I want to share what helped me and support you as am individual so you can empower yourself and reach your goals and live with a light heart and mind.

This is very much dependent on what your needs and goals are. The first lesson will be gauging what you want to improve on, whats previously stopped you and what hurdles there could be and how to get through them.
Lessons will be weekly and at the end of every lesson we'll discuss what you'd like to focus on the following week on top of the prescribed programme.
