I love chilling out sessions, watching tv and binge watching web series. Honestly, fried food is my hidden first preference always. Having guided by Rishi, have helped me regulate the portions of my kind of food with calculated and precise set of exercises with the minimal workout needed to tone down all the fat I had. I bid bye to the evergrowing fatigue and welcomed the life with a fresh attitude towards working out and eating what I like.
