About Anthony
I have been a martial artist and an athlete my whole life and have committed to it my whole life through competing in sports fighting and building a career around it as a trainer and a coach. It’s always been a dream of mine to have a business of my own where I can train and coach people and make a living from it. And with the knowledge I have acquired throughout my years of training and competing, I’m in the perfect position to do so.

Predominantly pad work for anybody looking to get a high intensity boxing workout in with some hiit calisthenics as well. Also offer technical martial arts coaching specifically striking, and also capable of designing a workout and/or catering to the needs of anyone looking for a specific type of exercise whether it’s martial arts strength or endurance training.
