About Callum
I won't sugar coat it, a law degree is hard, and the LPC is even tougher. However, one of the things that I found the most helpful during my undergraduate and post-graduate studies was the help of fellow and former students. Just having someone who has either already taken a step ahead of you, or who are thinking through the same problems really helped me to come out of the other side.
Now that I look back and realise the importance of this help on my education, I want to give back (or as it is often known, "paying it forward"). In either a law degree or the LPC (or the GDL) it's difficult to manage, and with the other factors at play making law really quite a daunting prospect for aspiring solicitors I want to lend a hand.
As such, you shouldn't feel any kind of shame for asking for me help, because I totally understand - if I had known Superprof was a thing I would have been straight on here! So I am all ears, and ready to help you where I can!

The person who would get the most out of my help would be people who are studying law or the Legal Practice Course, as these are the two areas where my knowledge is focused.
I have a supportive teaching style, which can be flexible to suit your preferred approach. For example, I can adopt a guiding approach, and ask questions to try and guide you to finding the answers yourself, or alternatively I can take a more traditional approach where needed to explain areas so that you can understand them and apply them. I like to incorporate scenarios, as this is how I was taught at university.
In my degree there was a lot of peer-learning, so I have developed my ability to help others learn whilst completing my own law degree. This also means that I really do understand the difficulties that you may face, as I have faced them myself, which makes me a naturally supporting tutor.
As for the length of lessons, they can be as long or as short as needed.
