As a teacher, I believe one should be able to emotionally connect with their students to learn his/her strengths and weaknesses. It's good if the teacher is able to overcome their weaknesses but a bonus if the teacher is able to help students make the most of their strengths. This is how Elena M'am brought the best in me and would any day recommend her to all students who are keen to learn.
