About HAMZA
I have taken NLP classes throughout my career as a training officer to help develop skills in managing teams at work, and to better channel information and emotional value within my trainees. Being an NLP practitioner puts you through multiple situations where acts are paused and explained and the effect of its ripples in discussion gets defined and enhanced. Eventually, this means less Stress, more Balance, and much more acknowledgment and awareness of individual needs.

It's wise to pay attention to whatever effect this modern way has on everyone. Having good mental health means setting the mind on being fine, eventually doing fine, and actively choosing the habits on both a daily basis and long-term behavior.
NLP as a science deals with the emotional, the rational, and the physical part pulling towards positive energy using specific techniques and practices. There is still so much good in the world to be noticed when facing the nowadays routine and lifestyle.
