About Bhawna
I am a qualified Physiotherapist with a deep passion for fitness, human anatomy, and safe movement. Over the years, I have realized that many gym injuries happen simply because of wrong form and a lack of scientific guidance. I want to share my knowledge as a personal trainer to help people exercise safely, fix their posture, and build strength without damaging their joints. My goal is to make fitness sustainable, pain-free, and scientifically backed for everyone
