I am Priyaa, a certified Yoga enthusiast with a background in health sciences. My approach is rooted in compassion and consistency. I specialize in beginner-friendly sessions, especially for women who feel uncomfortable in gym environments or are looking for a calm and supportive way to improve their health. My aim is to create a safe space where students can reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and gradually build strength and flexibility
