About Shalini

I am an MSc qualified Yoga Therapist from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA), Bangalore, with 20+ years of professional experience in IT and research experience in women’s midlife transitions.

I am a certified Yoga Instructor, Kids Yoga teacher, and Face Yoga practitioner. My approach combines traditional yoga wisdom with a practical understanding of modern lifestyle challenges.

I specialise in helping people improve flexibility, manage stress, build strength, and develop a healthier connection between body and mind.

My sessions are suitable for beginners, women in midlife, professionals, and anyone looking for personalised wellbeing support.

Session includes therapy, counselling Diet correction Special therapy session (relieving) for more stressful conditions, special therapy classes for ailments like back pain, sciatica, digestion issues, hypertension etc.. group classes can be done in package. One to one disease specific therapy, yogic counselling etc need one to one class.
